Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 200g pack cavolo nero, finely shredded
- 300g cooked roast potatoes, roughly chopped
- 100g shredded ham hock
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, add the cavolo nero, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the roast potatoes and add the ham and cook for 2 minutes, pressing the potatoes with the back of the wooden spoon to break them down a little. Season and serve.
