Ingredients
- 1 litre fresh chicken stock
- 75g pearled spelt
- 300g leeks, finely sliced
- 180g pulled ham hock
Instructions
- Bring the stock to the boil in a large pan, add the spelt, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the leeks and ham hock and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with crusty wholemeal bread.
