Ingredients
- 400ml tomato juice
- 75g kale
- 4 tbsp vodka
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash Tabasco (optional)
- Ice
- 2 celery sticks
Instructions
- Place the tomato juice and kale in a liquidizer and blitz until smooth. Strain through a sieve and add the vodka, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco (if using).
- Pour into 2 long glasses filled with ice and serve with a stick of celery as a stirrer.
